4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum amount for any single deposit is ৳200.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly, however minor delays may occur in some cases due to bank verification.
• bt345 reserves the right to review any suspicious deposit transaction and request supporting evidence if necessary.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• The method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if the bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is pending.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at bt345 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15x (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after wagering is complete.

5.2 General Terms for Promotional Offers

From time to time, bt345 runs various promotional offers, reload bonuses, and special rewards. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are described in detail on the offer page. bt345 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the account will be closed and the bonus cancelled.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not permitted.
• bt345 reserves the right to change the terms of any offer, but notice will be given before the changes take effect.

6.1 Gaming Services

• All game outcomes are determined impartially by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical error, bt345 will endeavour to refund the bet amount or offer the option to replay.

6.2 Sports Betting

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bt345 will settle bets according to its own rules.

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account on behalf of the same individual.
• Using bots, automation software, or any kind of cheating tools.

• Bonus abuse, collusion, or arbitrage betting.

• Using third-party funds or stolen payment details.

For any of the above violations, bt345 reserves the right to suspend or close the account without notice and forfeit all balances.

• Suspected fraud or money laundering.
