bt345 Responsible Gaming —
Your protection is our priority
bt345 believes that gaming should be a source of enjoyment — not stress or problems. Follow our tools and guidelines to enjoy every moment safely and in good health.
What is responsible gaming and why does it matter?
Online gaming is a leisure activity — just like watching a film or going to a cricket match. At bt345, we want you to enjoy every session while staying fully in control. Responsible gaming means being aware of your own limits, staying within your budget, and not prioritising gaming over other responsibilities in life.
bt345 always stands for transparency. There is no pressure on our platform that will push you beyond your limits. Instead, we give you tools to manage your own gaming habits — from deposit limits to full self-exclusion.
Remember: gaming is not a source of income. It is for entertainment, and if you ever feel the situation is getting out of control, bt345's support team is always by your side.
Our commitment
bt345 is committed to ensuring every user has a safe, healthy, and enjoyable gaming environment. SSL encryption, fair play policy, and responsible gaming tools keep your experience protected.
Our protection tools
21+ age limit
bt345 is for users aged 21 and above only. Age verification is an integral part of our registration process. Keeping minors away from gaming is our social responsibility.
Deposit Limit
You can set your own weekly or monthly deposit limit. Use this feature to stay within your budget and protect yourself from overspending. Once a limit is activated, it takes effect immediately.
Time-out feature
If you feel the need for a short break, use bt345's time-out feature. Keep your account temporarily inactive for a set period (from 1 day up to 6 weeks).
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a long-term break, request self-exclusion. This option closes your account permanently or for an extended period. Once the decision takes effect, it cannot easily be reversed.
Reality check alerts
At bt345 you will receive reminders about your gaming time at regular intervals. These alerts remind you how long you have been playing and give you the opportunity to decide — stop or continue.
Transactions & history
All your deposits, withdrawals, and betting history are clearly visible in the account dashboard. Ensuring transparency is one of bt345's core principles.
Warning signs of problem gaming
You are spending more than your set budget and feeling regret afterwards.
You are repeatedly placing larger bets to try to recover losses.
You are giving gaming more priority than family, friends, or work.
You keep coming back even when you try to stop gaming, and you are losing control.
Gaming is disrupting your sleep, eating, or daily routine.
You are hiding your gaming habits from family or loved ones.
If you notice one or more of the above signs in yourself, do not delay — contact bt345's support team or activate a time-out or self-exclusion.
8 practical tips for safe gaming
Set your budget in advance. Before each session, decide on your maximum spend and stick to it. Automate this by setting a deposit limit at bt345.
Set a time limit. Decide in advance how long you will play. Set a timer on your phone and keep reality check alerts turned on.
Do not try to chase losses. Move away from the mindset of placing more bets to recover losses — this is the start of problematic behaviour.
Do not make decisions driven by emotion. Avoid large bets when you are angry, frustrated, or overly excited.
See gaming as entertainment. It is never a reliable source of income. Enjoyment is the goal at bt345 — whatever the outcome.
Do not play under the influence of alcohol or substances. Make decisions with a clear mind — this keeps your gaming experience safe.
Be open with family and loved ones. Being honest about your gaming habits means problems can be handled before they begin.
If in doubt, seek help. bt345's 24/7 support team will listen to your concerns in confidence and point you in the right direction.
